Convert PDF Online, Yourself

October 22, 2008

You can instantly convert Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, and PDF documents to HTML without third-party software (like Adobe Acrobat, PDF Converter, etc.). This is a free online conversion method and works on all platforms (Windows, Linux, etc.). (*NOTE* – You can’t get the pictures inside of the PDFs or .DOCs, but you will get the text). Try this:

1. Get a GMail account.
2. Compose a new message (in your GMail) and attach a .PDF or .DOC, etc.
3. Send the email to yourself.
4. When you go to open your email, click “View as HTML”, and there it is.
